Go fund me

"Someone swapped my legs last night..these ones hurt this morning!!!"  is the message that Mark tweeted after completing his 20 mile bike ride to raise funds for Cory.

Cory is his 14yr old son who has chronic renal failure, he has one dead kidney and the surviving kidney is only working at 24% but this is getting worse. As Mark says "His mom and I would like to take him to Australia to see his Aunty and Uncle. We want him to see as much of the world before he gets too sick. We would like to be able to take him around Easter time so he can enjoy without being too hot. This would really help him as he doesn't get much vitamin D with our damp winters!"

So we drove from Matlock to Nottingham so we could be  there at the end to meet Mark, but he was so fast that even though we were there half an hour early it was all done and dusted.  Go Mark !  He gave us a great tour of Nottingham council though and Roger got to see Trent Bridge Cricket ground... can't be bad.

If you would like to help Mark and Christine bring Cory to Oz you can make a donation on Go Fund Me
