The Glamour of Dior

From protests outside the gallery to the fantasy world of Dior.  I didn't realise that he created everything from the hats and dresses to the shoes and perfumes.  Every outfit was an entire creation of its own....Fantastic to see the exhibition of a six year old... Good on yer Libby.

Libby's favourite dress.  Great exhibition... Not something I would normally go to BUT if you're in Melbourne go for it!

A Protest Really!

Can't believe we spend our lives protesting.. we take a break and the firs thing we see are people protesting about Manus...AS WELL THEY SHOULD!

Oh my goodness so much to protest about...horrific Manus Island tragedy, failed Republican movement, pathetic Grech affair, backflips on technology (ie wrecking of the NBN), climate change, Adani, wasting fortunes on surveys, Uluru conventions, no policies or vision from anyone... and that's just in Australia!.  Will I tell you what I really think about it!

Hey! Melbourne

Yeah!  Off again...
First stop ...The Middle Park Hotel... can't believe we snuggled up to the open fire in the snug!  Freezing... Great dinner at the Little Buddha restaurant... loved how within a few minutes we were chatting to half the diners there.. Melbourne is definitely more friendly than Sydney...Sorry its true!

2 One Another

Oh my goodness... what a night....FRENETIC  was the word.  Fast, furious and LOUD.  So loud our seats vibrated!  Must be getting old.

Were they talented?  Skilled... Sure were.  Did I love it... No!  Ah well can't win them all.

Best bit was the YES at the end!

STOP ADANI - SAVE THE REEF!

Early morning start... as I said its not easy being an activist.  Off on the ferry to Bondi where we formed a huge message to the government.

Not that you can see us but we were at the bottom of the second A.  Good to see a couple of thousand people out there protesting at this appalling move by the Government. A billion dollars to an Indian Coal mining company that has the most appalling environmental track record... just can't happen!

With Nick & Jan, Turnbull and Adani!

The Magnificent Magnificat and much more

Come and join us for what I think will be a great concert.   Rehearsals going really well!

Sorry a bit of a weird photo - I'm having a few problems with my printer... oh the joys of technology!

You get the message though...log onto www.manlywarringahchori.org.au and then go to click for tickets... see you there!
